"Contest 10 | My favorite outfit this week.."

My Dear Colleagues in the community, it's with great joy I'm sending my greetings 🙏. And so I bring to you another exciting post as a person who admire Fashion.

• This week very, I’m more excited than anyone else to share my favorite outfit! With the dry season just here and the sun all shining bright with high rays, I wanted something really light and more comfortable with the climate conditions currently.
  Well just here is a breakdown about it in details!

What’s Your Favorite Outfit This Week?

My week favorite outfit is nothing comparable to this beautiful flowering short sleeve vintage shirt paired passionately with a plain dark blue trouser. I wore this very outfit on Tuesday to school, the very day my friend and mentor @bossj23 returned to school after weeks and we did take Photo Shots together. We did it so lovely in a photo together that perfectly captured our happiness and also the bright and sharping combo of my outfit!

Why Do You Like This Outfit?

I really love this my outfit because it's a light free material which feels so easy and comfortable! The fabric is really light, which is perfect for the now hot weather. It helps me stay always cool when the sun is shining down with high intensity, making it much easier to always enjoy my day with less worries. I can always move around comfortably, and it more feels great on my skin. Plus too, those colourful flowers on my shirt make me feel cheerful!

Where Did You Get This Outfit?

Well, My mother found the materials for me at Ariaria International Market in Aba. It’s certainly a busy place with lots of shops selling all of those kinds of fabrics you want! On reaching me, As a fashion designer, I decided to create out this outfit myself. I do well designed the shirt and the trouser to best fit my style and needs. It was more of a fun project that allowed me to express my creativity Fashioning Skills!

What Is the Value of This Outfit?

Now with the present situation in my country, let’s talk more about how much my outfit costs. The vintage material for my shirt is priced at certainly N1800 for a yard, which is about 6.5 STEEMs. I did used 3 yards to make both the top and trouser since they came together as a set and so N1800 Multiply by 3 yards amount at N5400 equivalent to 19.5 STEEMs.

• The plain dark blue trouser cut I wore down costs about N2000, which is around 7 STEEMs. I only needed one trouser cut of it, and since I did the sewing myself, I didn’t have to pay for any sewing charges aside buying the suitable threads, Paper Gum and few other items.

In total here, my outfit is really not beautiful alone but also much affordable! I really love how it makes me feel, and I also can’t wait to wear it again probably next week.
