In your perspective, what's the Definition of a good leader?

Leadership is a quality by which he motivates, inspires and guides people to achieve goals. He who leads is a leader. A good leader works with his skills to achieve his goals and the goals of the organization. According to me, to be a good leader, one must provide honest, ideal and correct leadership, by which common people will be inspired. His approach must be objective, he must be a symbol of public confidence. Organizational skills, accountability and responsibility should be the main prerequisites. Moreover, he will be a good leader and will try to solve all problems very quickly.

What is the difference between leader and leadership? Explain!

The differences between leader and leadership are highlighted below:

  • Leader is the one who manages the team, while leadership is the process by which the organization or team is managed by the leader.
  • A leader is one who moves the team forward with his skills or qualities alone, while leadership is an institutional or group management.
  • Leader inspires people by his belief, honesty, skill, trust, while leadership gives direction, support, motivation etc.
  • The leader moves forward with one of his specific goals or plans, while contemporary leadership is given to move the team or organization forward.
  • The leader often inspires employees to take on big challenges with his or her courage, while the leader needs help when taking risks while leading.

Who is your all-time favourite leader? Why?

I am a Bangladeshi. I will tell here about one of my favorite leaders, although I have not had the fortune to see him in person. However, I came to know the history of his political practices, leadership, motivation, organizational skills, etc. later. He is Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. He is known as an undisputed leader in most parts of the world including Bangladesh. He endured a lot of torture, imprisonment and torture in his political life just for the people of the country. He made Bangladesh known as a little independent state with his impeccable leadership. He was awarded the Bangabandhu Padak for his outstanding leadership. I knew and learned a lot from his history, and from that I recognized him as my favorite leader.
