How often do you get support from steemcurator03-08 and also booming?

Not that often. I do participate in several contests every month so I do get the occasional Booming vote. The Steemcurator votes are less available it seems as I get way less of them. I would think in a three month period I might get three Booming votes and one Steemcurator vote. Not that many, but these votes do help and in any case I really don't expect one of these votes, so when I do get one it is most welcome.

How will Steemit look like if votes were guaranteed?

I guess this means that every post were guaranteed a vote from one of the Steemit curation accounts. In my opinion the first thing that comes to mind is that, even though the amount of articles posted every day is not huge, having a Steemit vote for everyone would in fact reduce the value of these votes to close to negligible amounts, i do not think this would be sustainable, as one of the major enticements people have is to get a relatively large vote from one of these accounts.
So I actually think Steemit wouldn't look too good.

Steemians are much and is impossible to vote everyone, what development do you think can change this in other for vote to reach everyone?

To me, this will just not happen. Not everyone can get a vote, and in reality many posts don't deserve a vote, really, I mean I personally have written a lot of posts that are junk, no, I did not want them to be junk, they just turned out that way. I believe the best a Steemit author can strive for is to write good quality posts and hope that these good posts are seen and rewarded by high Steem Power users. That is what I do, I write and hope someone likes my post and gives it a good vote, and I have had good votes, the biggest one was from Steemcurator several years ago, a vote worth over $70.00 US. I am keenly looking for several more of those, just that my articles usually suck.

Just like the way steemians get votes in their first dolphin post, do you think everyone should create a post of their birthday which is once a year for steemcurator01 to vote it? How do you see my idea?

The idea is indeed good, but this is a numbers game, how many Steemians have a birthday on any given day? I guess a couple of hundred maybe more. And knowing they will get a birthday vote even inactive members will write their birthday post just to get that vote. This undoubtedly would dilute the value of Steemcurators vote. No, I really think the way to get ahead in Steemit is to write good articles and strive to be noticed by as many people as possible. As they say, there is no free lunch. I have not had much success here mainly because I am a bad writer, but I have improved, maybe not in the quality of my posts but in the fact that now I post whatever I think of and I really don't care if it is good or not. Better said I have lost my timidity in showing what I write.
