Preparation of Herbal Tea:
Most people like to start their day with a cup of tea or coffee. But this can lead to several problems including acidity. Instead, there is an alternative drink that not only helps prevent acidity but also boosts overall health. Replacing tea or coffee with herbal tea can unlock several positive changes.
If we believe in herbal tea, it can help reduce problems like acidity, migraine, nausea, headache, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
I have two ways to make herbal tea. One is the sachets available in the market which I always keep with me and use, especially when I am out of the house. There is nothing special to prepare this, just add the green tea from the sachet in hot water, stir, and drink it. I do not use sugar but if I feel drinking sweet then I add honey in small quantities.
My method of making herbal tea at home is different
Ingredients:
1/2 glass of water (150 ml)
15 curry leaves
15 mint leaves
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
2 tablespoons coriander seeds
All these ingredients are always present in my house.
How do I make herbal tea?
To make herbal tea, first of all, I take a vessel and add water to it.
I add curry leaves, mint leaves, fennel, and coriander seeds to the water.
Then I let the mixture boil for 5-7 minutes at medium temperature.
After boiling, I remove the pan from the flame and filter the tea into a cup.
