Hello business friends,
Our business needs to survive despite the ups and downs, a good businessman takes risk to become successful,on that note we are consideringAdvanced Marketing Strategies in this week's engagement challenge.
Section-1 Are you innovative? Innovative entrepreneurs regularly add new products according to the needs of their customers and find new markets.
Being innovative implies thinking out of the box in solving problems. I'm an innovative entrepreneur.
Before venturing into this business I thoroughly searched around and finally decided to open the provision, foodstuffs business. I have studied the business and decided to be innovative because it's a common business around my vicinity. What I did was to make sure I have fanciful items that can attract children, and adult this implies that almost every child wants to buy from me so that they can get to see those items on display. Once in a while I give out things that can attract others to also come around to buy .
I can say that this plan it's original because I'm the only one doing it around my place and it is yielding good fruit.
Section-2 Are you adopting or imitating other business ideas? Businesses in this category try to add their strategies to the existing market trends and implement them successfully.
Partially I will agree of imitating other business ideas, like I said this my line of business is very common without being innovative the patronage rate will be low. I copied my innovative idea from my formal place of work. Everyday supermarket this place is very big that every customer that walks in always feel satisfied, their strategy of getting customers helped me to know how to get my customers satisfied.
I can remember they always have what every buyer takes back home with, this gifts comes with the name branded on it and customer service numbers. During my stay people call from different locations just to know us. The idea was one of the best that made the supermarket outstanding in my country as a whole.
Section-3 Do you have in-depth knowledge of your target customers and offer them something of value? More importantly, do you offer your services at the right time, in the right places, and in the right way to grow your business?
Yes I have in-depth knowledge of my target customers. I try as much as possible to make goods available for my customers so that they will not be disappointed. I noticed the peak time of my business is usually morning and evening I open very early in order to meet my customers need. Of course I'm not only opening my business place to close at any time I'm always the to attend to them.
My customers are the reason my business is there, I make sure that their satisfaction is my priority. I'm friendly and conscious of their patronage, I keep records of any balance not paid and ask them to pay.
Section 4 Do you analyze your potential customers and act accordingly? A successful businessman should keep a close eye on the demand and act accordingly with a changed strategy.
I do keep a close eye on my customers, for instance if someone buys from me today and I don't see him or her again I'm always concerned to know why, if the person is open enough he will tell me the problem then I will act to correction the mistake of any.
There's this species of fish I bought I noticed it stayed more than others that I have been buying and I asked my customers they told me it does not have taste like the ones I have been selling. Immediately I got the complaint I reduced price and sold it off. I didn't buy that fish again.
My customers are very important to me , I do analyze them and work accordingly.
Summarily, for every business to be sustainable there must be strategies and innovations , as well knowing the demands of the customers.
This week's topic is impactful and here is my entry.
I'm inviting @chant @graceleon @stef1
