Short sleeve

Creation of Short Sleeve Pattern

• I started creation of short sleeve pattern by creating a rectangle. For creation of rectangle I take the measurements in this way that with was half of the back with plus 1 cm and length was of the short sleeve that I want to keep.

• After that I mark for corners of rectangle with ABC and D as you can also seen the picture. Starting from point a I came down at 1 by 6th of back with and then I connected one line in between two points which were point became b and c.

• After that I focus on.1 which was at 9 b and c and I introduce their 2.5 cm.

• After that I measured 1 by 6th of back with and then minus 1 cm and this is I done by keeping in mind point one and point b.
• After that I measured point 5 of the arm contour and then I added two centimetre in it from point c towards point D.

• After that from points day I dropped down around 4-5 cm outside rectangle.

After that I connect point 3 and 2 by drawing a smooth curve line and hands connected point

This is a complete pattern of creating short sleeve.

Long sleeves

Creation of Long Sleeve Pattern

• For making long sleeves again I draw a rectangle by keeping one by two of back with and adding 1 cm in it as with measurement and then I keep length of the long sleeves according to my requirement.

• After that again just like for making short sleeves I mark ABC and d as four corners of rectangle I have drawn.

Points to mark

• I measured 1 by 6th of back with from point a and d and then I transferred it to line in between point b and c.

• After that point one I allocated 2.5 cm and from point a to b I measured 1/6th of back width and eliminate 1 cm from it.
• Starting from points c and moving to point b I go up around 6 to 8 cm 4 creation of with of cuff or for providing allowance to cuff.
• After that I measured whole length of line 4 and then I divide it by 3 so result I obtained was around 8.3 centimetre.

IMG_20241126_195741.jpg

• I keep in mind point 5 and I measured 1.5 cm towards line A towards line d.
• From point 6 I measured 5 cm towards line a and a and from point 7 I move up 7-8 cm for creation of cuff opening.

Connecting the points

• I have connected point one and five with straight line as can be clearly seen in picture I have shared.

• I have connected the point 2 and 3 by making a curve gline as I have also make it in pattren of short sleeves.
• I connected point 6 with line C,D.

• After that I have connected the point 7 and 8 by the use of straight line.
• Last but not least cuff opening can be cut with open pattern which will remain at back.

Cuffs

This is I am sharing some of the types of cuffs:

• Square cuff.
• Loose cuff.

Both of them are illustrated above in the picture I have shared.Loose cuff looks more pretty and easy to wear also so most of people like it as me too.
