Some people may always be ready to meet the needs of others around them, or help them in emergency situations even without being asked to do so. This personality is characterized by being particularly kind, taking into account the feelings of others, sacrificing for others, and always being at the service of others.

While a person who is overly kind may think that this is after a very positive evaluation of him, it is not necessarily that these qualities are good for his mental health, because pleasing everyone is something that is tiring for a person’s health and may cost him the loss of his mental health and may make him neglect his own needs because he is busy with the needs and interests of others and forgets himself and gives up pleasing himself in exchange for pleasing others rather than looking good.

When you exaggerate in kindness, you will be exploited. For example, at work, you will be assigned a large number of tasks that you cannot handle because you cannot say no or refuse them for fear of becoming a bad person. This creates a lot of pressure on you and you become a person who prefers the demands and needs of others over your own needs. Therefore, a person must set boundaries with those around him.
he should meet his own needs first, then others if he is able to do so, and learn to say no to things he cannot do or things that do not comfort his soul, and to give himself enough time to think about the matter always, whether it is accepting to do additional work, or helping someone close to him, and not to exaggerate in kindness, which may affect his psychological health.
