Difficult action
It was a matter of great comfort for Prince Sidhu, who spent his time without any proper rest in dancing, singing, spending time and chatting with his associates from his childhood until he was twenty-nine years old, to be separated from all that and live in isolation.

The bodhisattva who entered Anupiya Amwana got the opportunity to reflect on the reality of life due to the relaxation born in his mind. They spent a week there. Sa was not thirsty. Apart from this, Siddha Bodhi decided that my father, my little mother, Yasodhara, Nanda Kumari, Nanda Kumari and all the other relatives would be able to bear the pain caused by the great bereavement and that no one would suffer from it.
This statue, housed in the Lahore Museum in Pakistan, belongs to Gandhara sculpture.
Then the Bosatha came to Rajagahanuvara one morning. As it was time for almsgiving, he went out with the bowl. The Bodhisattva thought that if he saw and recognized King Bimbisara, who was reigning there, he would not be able to measure it either. But the Bodhisattva thought that it was inappropriate to receive alms, so he begged more and more. The people there were amazed to see the images of the Bodhisattva. Some also thought that Maha Brahma had come in some human guise. Somehow the Rajapurushas conveyed this news to King Bimbisara. King Bimbisara, accompanied by Raja Raja Mahamatya, came to the Pandava Rock where Siddha Bosatha was sitting. Bosat himself talked to the king and told all the information. After that, Prince Sidhu went to Gijukulu Pawa and arrived in Kandy early in the morning. Alara Kalama and Uddakarama were in the shelters but they left knowing that none of it meant anything to them.
In the meantime, King Suddhodana sent messengers to search for information to assist his sons. The messengers told King Suddhodana that the Bodhisattva did not have any attendants. Hearing this, King Suddhodana and King Suprabuddha separately sent delegations for that purpose.
The Bodhisattva retained only the five monks from that group, Kondanya, Bhaddiya, Wappa, Mahanama and Assaji. Of these, Kondanya is a monk who was there at the time of the naming of the bodhisattvas. Sidhu Tausano came to Rajagahanuwara and lived in Gaya Shirsha. Siddha Bodhisattva preferred to live in solitude, even though he attended to five people. During its closing season, those six names used to beg for alms in the village of Senani.
After learning samaya from two teachers who mastered meditation at that time, he was not satisfied with it and decided to try a path he found himself. Maha Bosatana began to fill a very difficult hole. From among the meditations he had acquired, he started to cultivate Apranakadhana by stopping both inhaling and exhaling as well as Rupavachara Chaturthadhyana. Then the head was pierced by a sharp Burmese thorn, which caused the air to come out loudly from the ear holes, and severe headache started to arise. In any case, thinking that this was still Vadami, the two held the air coming out of the hole with great effort. Then there was severe headache (pain) as if a bandage was tied around the head. A heavy weight rose in the stomach as if it had been cut with a sharp blade.
The Bodhisattva, who cultivated another Dhyana, did not hesitate after suffering from it. When the Bodhisattva was cultivating this Dhyana, two powerful men threw a weak one into a pit of coals, and his body became inflamed, just like in the nursery. He lost consciousness due to intense body burning and collapsed in the promenade.

After seeing Siddhartha Thausa doing great torture to his body in the Mahavana of Uruel Danav, the five Paribrajis were thinking of leaving Siddha Bosatha. The place where this difficult act was done can be seen even today near Bodh Gaya.
A precious sculpture depicting this difficult act is housed in the Lahore Museum of Gandhara Art. It is a very famous sculpture in the world. The Gandhara sculptor has realistically created how the flesh and veins of Lord Siddhartha have dried up due to hard work.

In addition to this, the sculptures containing the hard work created in countries around the world are seen here and the details of the 19th century hard work sculpture from Thailand are being auctioned for $35,000.
