Hello dear friends, welcome to another week of fitness update. Every week comes with its own program which are meant to keep us fit. This past week wasn't an exception as I informed my clients the part of the body we will be working on.

It was the upper body that we focused on this past week. The upper body comprises of shoulders, chest, back, arms, and abs. All the body part parts above the waist. Strengthening the upper body helps a lot. Strengthening the muscles on the upper body region helps to reduce the risk of injuries and give you that fine tune that gives you the satisfaction you need. It gives one stronger bone, helps one build endurance and many more.

There are a lot of programs that can be done to strengthen the upper body. They include but not limited to weight lifting, boxing, dumbbell curls, Triceps dip, resistance band pull apart (but we don't have the band, pressups and so we we did it only with our arms), two arm dumbbell row amd others. One who regularly does this will be able to build his upper body with the strength it needs.

As usual, I was able to train my clients as well as myself in the 4 days within the week that I already mapped out and they are Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Let's go!

My Monday Training

On getting to the playground on Monday, I started with warmup. That included using the step boards for aerobics along with music. It was fun, though a bit tough but due to the music, we didn't really feel it. We were on that for like 30 minutes before starting the business of the day. Some pictures of the the day are here below. Though I didn't take much pictures as I was very busy with those programs too.

Wednesday training

It was day 2 for the week and as usual, I went out early from the house. On getting there, @chichigirl was there already waiting. We began with warm up programs that included stretches to set the body for the programs that followed.

There was also moments of dances in-between the programs. This added to the fun for that day. We had @bossj23 who was actively taking pictures of the action moments and @alli001 who was also carrying out his programs and taking pictures as well

Dancing is part of exercise. Remember that exercising one's body is not punishment. The reason why one should do it with fun though painful at times.

Friday training

We went again this day for another fun exercises and upper body programs using dumbbells and step boards. Different programs that helps strengthen the upper body were undertaken as you can see from the pictures below. The most important thing to me is that my clients are enjoying the programs. Despite the pains, they always come out and starve to complete the programs I give out. It is a thing of joy

Saturday

This day is usually a general body workout day using Tabatha music. We do have a full house on this day. A lot of clients that do go to work very early in the morning on week days do come on Saturdays and as such, they are usually given programs that keep their bodies fit till the next Saturday.

Ongoing arrangements for our fruit 🍓🍓 party

During our first meeting as a group, we agreed that we will be having a special workout programs on the last Saturday of every month. So, this week, we began making arrangements for that even. It is going to be a fruit party and swimming will be part of the event. We are going to work out that morning, then we will go to an arranged swimming pool and swim and then have our fruit party by the poolside.

We decided on what it will take to host the part and the amount each member needs to pay. It amounted to NGN4000 (13.33 steem) each person. Anyone who wishes to pay more can do so. Members have already started making payments. A member paid for me.

I have personally sponsored and designed the Flyer for the event. I also arranged for the design and the printing of our flex banner which we will hand outside the playground to create away that a group of people are working out in that premises. This will attract more members. The 2 designs are ready and I have paid for the bills which is NGN4300 (14.33 steem). I am doing the printing of the flex banner in my former city of residence. It will be sent to me tomorrow and then I will go pick it up and pay for the waybill amount which I don't know yet. The designs are here below

It is just amazing how things are going as planned and even beyond my imagination. It can only be with the help and blessings from the Almighty. I am so happy for the clients that he is blessing me with. I pray he keeps giving me the strength, the knowledge and the wisdom to keep carrying on.

Thank you all for going through. The truth is that, everyone needs to stay fit. It shouldn't be an option but something that should be giving priority in life after the worship of God. One looks younger and fresher. Most deaths can be averted by regular exercises and most sicknesses can also be avoided or it's effects reduced to the minimum.

It only takes determination and proper planning to be able to stand up and join. Let's keep staying fit through regularly exercises.
