Week 2 begins

Over the years, what we eat has contributed to our well being or has been the cause of different ailments that people suffer. It therefore holds that one who wishes to stay healthy must and should watch what he or she eats closely. It is always advised that we eat nourishing foods and drinks especially water to be able to remain healthy.

A lot have been suggested as to what to eat and drink. As a fitness lover or one who desires to keep fit, eating healthy and nutritious meals will help your fitness journey to be complete. No matter what type of fitness programs one undertaking, if you don't watch what you eat, then you will hardly get results from your programs. Hence, the need to monitor what you eat.

Therefore, I invite everyone to share with us. The types of foods, drinks, veggies, smoothies and more that can help us StayFit. It can be that you prepared it, or you bought it, or someone else prepared it. All we need is the pictures, the explanations of the nutritional values, the procedures if you are the one that prepared it, how often you eat it and your aim of eating it. I can't wait to read what your entry on this topic.

These will be in categories, choose anyone from the list below

✓ This can be a food fitness diary game. In this case. You are to present all the food you ate within the day or week. Pictures must be yours. You can write your username on a paper and place besides the food and take a picture of it. Then talk about how, why and where you got the food and the nutritional values of the foods and how it contributes to your own fitness journey. Tell us if you will recommend it for other fitness lovers to eat. Note that you may be the person that prepares these foods or not but just stick to the requirements if you choose this part.

✓ Present the food you prepared, the ingredients, the steps and the final outlook. Be detailed. The pictures must be yours and to proof that it is yours, write the date of the day your ate it on a paper and place besides the food and take a picture of them. Include the nutritional value and why you choose this as a fitness lover.

Note that the above categories might as well include fruits and drinks including smoothies. Whatever you choose to eat to aid your fitness journey will be welcomed. Just be original
