Thursday rest day 🤣😏

We had a forecasted rainy day here today so i thought it could be a rest day, after pissing down till around 10am the sun came out.

There were still the odd cloud but very windy so i thought if i would anything today it would a be a walk or four.

At around 10.30am i decided rest days are for pussy's and i might as well go for walk, i did 10K in my first walk and felt great in fact i seem to have so much energy at the moment the 10K walk was super easy peasy!

Then after a 45 minute break were i put some washing on and did some household chores, off again i went this time was only a 4K walk but still no rain - YAY.

Tomorrow i will be back on the Mountain bike to pump out some more kilometers, it's definitely a good exercise when paired with walking i say.

So so far today on my so called rest day i have walked 16.9 kilometers, the rain has just started again but i was hoping to get to 21 kilometers - we will see :)

For dinner tonight i am producing a Mince pie with a potato bake plus lots of vegetables, cat will be getting his usual small tin of tuna so that will shut him up.
