3️⃣in 🅰️Row 🚵‍♂️🚵‍♂️🚵‍♂️

Today i managed to Mountain bike my 28 kilometer circuit for the third day in a row, the wind made it a little harder today and i got rain for the second half of the ride.

It's amazing how you have the wind against you, then you turn around expecting a tail wind yet the wind goes away 🚵‍♂️🍃

Got back home just after 10am and got out of my wet clothes then i had a shower.

Here are my stats from my ride this morning, i have also been on two walks totaling around 6 kilometer's - might have to go for a little walkies after dinner.

Speaking of Dinner tonight i am having some ready to eat Salmon, decided to try a new flavor and will team it up with three poached eggs 🐟🥚🥚🥚

Also i have managed to do three loads of washing and made some beds, at least the sun has come out but we have even stronger winds than this morning.

Tomorrow i am not sure if i will have a rest day or go for another bike ride, will see how my legs feel in the morning.

We are expecting Rain in the morning but Sunny in the afternoon.
