I would like to work as a software developer as long as I can. I want it as an employee, but it may be impossible because companies generally don't want old people. If I want to continuously develop software, I may have to establish a company.

But it is not easy to run a company because it requires much money and it can fail. Moreover, I have to concentrate on its management instead of development. It is not what I want. That is the problem. The only alternative may be working as a freelancer. Anyway, I am keeping considering...
