It's much brighter today despite it's still overcast. At least, the whiter clouds overpower the gray ones. It's an indication that the better weather is coming, and I hope it really is. We're not totally recovered from the floods because parts of the house is still wet. At least, we are anticipating when everything dries up.

CSI City Mall is the largest one in Dagupan City. We had a walk there, which I haven't done for a long time. I noticed more shops, including the cinema has already closed down.
