The Acting Regent of Bireuen said at the event that he was very happy to see the excitement of the people of Bireuen watching the Indonesian national team play in the semifinal match of the U-23 Asian Cup. It seemed that their sense of nationalism was very high in supporting the Indonesian national team.

Considering this condition, he has ordered his staff to prepare to watch together another Indonesian match, namely the match for third place, Thursday night, 2/5/2024, at the same place.

"Even though our national team lost tonight, we must not be discouraged. "We'll watch it again Friday night," he said.

The joint viewing activity by the Bireuen Regency Government (Pemkab) was planned long before there was an appeal from the Minister of Home Affairs, last Sunday.
