This sentence is on the minds of many. We all want to be loved, respected, and recognized by everyone. We change ourselves for the good of all, help others, and work for their happiness. But we often forget that we also have a mind that needs to be taken care of.

Causes of mental fatigue:

Sometimes we are so busy helping others that we forget our own needs. When we don't take care of ourselves, we can feel emotionally exhausted.

When we are constantly exposed to criticism and negative comments, it can lower our self-esteem and cause stress.

When stressed at work, our peace of mind is disturbed and we may feel mentally exhausted.

Not getting enough sleep and rest can adversely affect physical and mental health.

Symptoms of mental fatigue:

Feeling physically tired as well as mentally tired. Difficulty staying focused on tasks and forgetfulness easily. Feeling irritated and irritable over little things.

Feeling anxious and depressed for no reason. Loss of interest in activities that were previously of interest.

Dealing with mental fatigue:

Get enough sleep, eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and get rest. Even if you can't do everyone's job, set your limits and stick to them. Learning to say "no" clearly when necessary.

Not being afraid to express your feelings and talk openly with others. Spending time with family and friends and enjoying their company.
