Anger is a strong emotional reaction to dissatisfaction. Hostility and dissatisfaction characterise anger. "Anger, rage, or wrath" Threats, insults, and inhibitions all cause anger. It is an emotion, not a personality trait. Not understanding and rejection are all intertwined with anger. Anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and drug or alcohol addiction can cause it.

As with all emotions, anger can lead to destructive behaviours like aggression if left unchecked. When anger builds up, it can lead to a devastating outburst. Factors both internal and external cause it. A physical disability, fatigue, tension, and chronic diseases are examples of “environmental” factors.

Confronting anger is a multi-faceted process. You can control your anger by being aware of it and expressing it appropriately. Identifying and avoiding factors that trigger anger through mental interpretation processes provides sensory control of anger, whereas doing so provides cognitive control of anger. When you're angry, you need to recognise and change your negative behaviours. Defensive anger management involves correctly expressing your wishes, expectations, and ideas to avoid communication conflicts.

Anger is naturally expressed in aggressive ways. Fear triggers strong, aggressive behaviours and emotions that help us defend or fight an attack. To put it another way, we need rage to survive. For us, however, social norms, laws, and commonplaces limit our rage.

People deal with anger in conscious and unconscious ways. This is done by "expressing," "suppressing," or "calming down." Anger should be expressed defensively rather than offensively. You must first identify your needs and how to meet them without harming others. In order to be an advocate, you must respect yourself and others.

After suppression, anger can be channelled and transformed. This happens when you control your anger, ignore it, and focus on something positive. In order to transform anger into more healthy and constructive behaviour, you must suppress and control it. If you don't express your rage, it may turn inward, towards you.

Non-expression of anger causes many other issues. For example, attacking people without confronting or explaining why, or having a cynical and rude personality. Anger is not constructively channelled by those who constantly harm others, criticise everything, and spread cynicism. As a result, they can't form healthy relationships.

Finally, there is a phenomenon known as anger, whose effects we can feel even if we cannot see them. Anger is a condition that affects everyone. Moreover, anger is a global issue that affects all societies. We get angry for many reasons. But there are more reasons to be angry than solutions. Applying what you've learned will help you control your anger.
