Hello friends how are you? Today I am going to talk to you about the soft, spongy fruit Java Apple and a unique sweetness, and in all its white,red and pink varieties.

Syzygium samarangense also known as Java Apple, Java Rose apple is a plant species in the family Myrtaceae. The plant is native to Bangladesh to the Solomon Islands.

These asian fruits have a very high water n fibre content making them a perfect travel snack.
its a nutrient-dense fruit that provides the body with vitamin A, C, E, fiber, potassium, copper, fiber and iron!

As kids we called them all Love apples..but thanks to Google and wikipedia i know that the white ones are called java apples and the pink/red ones are called roseapples.
