Basics of Tron (Part 15) : Example of Sending USDT with less fee in Tron Network

Intro

When we go for transferring like USDT, NFT, BTT in Tron network then it is not similar to TRX transfer. In previous post, I have explained you how you can transfer your TRX by consuming bandwidth point only. Last four posts in this series were about the bandwidth and energy in Tron network. Today I am going to share you practically how can you transfer and trade some native token except TRX in TRON network without fee.

Transferring Tron based native tokens in Tron Network will not cost you bandwidth only rather it will consume energy along with Bandwidth. So, when you will have energy in your wallet you will not have to incur any gas fee while transferring. So, you have to have some Tron energy in your wallet to minimise your transfer fee.

How to achieve TRON Energy

I have explained it in previous couple of posts with screenshot. Now I am just mentioning the process in short here. You need to choose the option of Tron power and energy while staking or powering Up your TRX. Then you will have some energy along with Tron power after staking of TRX.

Let me show you couple of examples how you can minimise the fee of transfer by consuming energy only.



Screenshot 01: You can see one of my Tron wallets where i have applied send USDT command. Its literally saying that TRC20 token will consume energy. If there is no bandwidth then you have to pay TRX.

Screenshot 02: In this wallet, I have zero Energy. So, its surprising that the network ask 8.29 TRX along with 344 Bandwidth to transfer only 0.618 USDT.

Screenshot 03: Here, This is my another wallet. And i have 9098 Energy here along with 5611 Bandwidth. So, check the costing to transfer 4.5 USDT.

Screenshot 5: You can find in the screenshot on Bandwidth, Energy required. Bandwidth is 344 Required and Energy remaining as all the Energy is 9098. And most importantly fee is 1.549 TRX only to transfer 4.5 USDT.

This way we can transfer Tron native tokens very easily by reducing fee.
