Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @okere-blessing all time my favourite topic "Is Police our friend?." So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic

Police cannot be anyone's friend because there is a saying that neither friendship nor enmity with a policeman is good. But still there are officers in the police department who are very good at heart and are successful in satisfying the complaints given by the public. Because if the police work with honesty and understanding then there will never be any crime in any city or country. Because mostly it has been seen that when any complainant goes to the police station with his complaint, the police does not listen to him and tries to forcibly collect money from him and despite that does not do his work. But there are some police officers who understand the pain of the public and try their best to solve their problems in every situation, that is why friendship with the police is better from a distance.

The jurisdiction of the police is very large, which means that if the police is active, it can solve the complaints of the public very easily, it can encourage them by its work and can remove the problems of the people to some extent. But the police uses this right very rarely and does more work of looting the public. If any complainant reaches the police station with his complaint, his complaint is not heard.

The poor man gets tired of visiting the police station. Whereas the police has many tasks under its authority, such as resolving disputes between people, maintaining peace in the city, completely stopping any incidents happening with the people, controlling crimes like rape, robbery, etc.

Good policemen are very few in the police department now, but still I want to clarify what qualities a good policeman should have. He is soft hearted and has compassion on people's pain and sufferings. He tries his best to listen to people, understand them and remove their problems. A policeman with a good personality will never deny the complaint of any complainant. And will listen to him in every possible way and help him completely. But there are some people in the department who tarnish the image of even a good policeman, due to which it is said that the police department does not belong to anyone, no policeman is good. This is my personal opinion.

It has not happened yet that I had to face any injustice by the police. The things I have told above are things I have heard from people and God forbid that I ever have to face the police. Because the police do not belong to anyone, so maybe they don't belong to me either and I pray to God that in future I never have to face any policeman, I do not have any such personal work and neither do I face any problem, I cannot do or write anything more on this subject.

In my opinion, instead of dismissing a corrupt policeman, it is better to remove him from the job forever because corrupt policemen are removed from the job for some time, but after that when they come back, they increase corruption at twice the speed and people have to face a lot of problems, so my opinion is that corrupt policemen should be removed from the job forever,

but even then many times they come back to the job. Dismissal is fine for small incidents, but if a policeman commits big incidents, then it would be best to remove him from the job forever, this is my opinion.
