Weekly Report : Country Representative Indonesia | Nov 26th, 2022 to Dec 04th, 2022

This period (Nov 26th, 2022 to Dec 04th, 2022) I carry out my functions and duties as Country Representative Indonesia, community administrator, community curation team and as a writer on the Steemit platform.

This weekly report is made as a source of information for the Steemit or steemian Team from the results of my observations and evaluations of the growth of steem in Indonesia. I only present actual data without exaggerating or subtracting from the actual conditions.

Indonesia's steemian participation with Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 6 is very good and has increased compared to the previous season. The Indonesian Steem community works very well in encouraging participation in week 2. Interactive communication between users is very active through the Whatapps Group for Steemian Indonesia, especially in discussing contests held by selected communities for Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 6.

Another thing that is done is to encourage and motivate the steem community founded by Steemian Indonesia to grow well according to the rules set by the Steemit Team and Steemit.inc.

The big task for me and others is to recruit new users and invite back inactive steemians. The loss of motivation is greatly influenced by the fluctuating cryptocurrency prices. In principle, we continue to strive for and maintain Indonesian steemit users to remain active and participate in every program from the Steemit Team. We believe, Steemit will continue to grow and Indonesia will become one of the largest countries as steem and steemit users.

I'm happy to be re-elected as one of the community curation team for Team 3 in curating the best posts from talented writers using the @steemcurator06 account. This trust gives me the opportunity to contribute in terms of improving the quality of posts.

My first curation will be on Saturday, 03 December 2022. Curation details: 21 posts and 2 comments.

This period consistently verifies posts in the community, curates with the @steempreneurship community curation account, selects and publishes the best daily posts, selects @booming account recommendation posts, and holds contests. This task is my responsibility as a community admin and assisted by a moderator if I am unable to do it.

It can be said that there is no day without Steemit.
Becoming a community administrator is also beneficial in maintaining consistency and motivation to work actively as a Country representative for Indonesia. My target before changing the year, the @steempreneurship community curation account reaches 30,000 SP.

My account has been on the #club100 status for even a year. For me this is a pride and achievement in supporting every initiative from the Steemit Team to encourage the growth of steem in Indonesia. My next target is to reach 4x dolphins before the end of 2022. Currently my account has 19,225.84 SP. Wish me luck!
