Sincerely to steemcurator01 and steemcurator02, the following is a brief report as a country representative for the period November 26 to December 02, 2022.

The task as a country representative this week is still filled with various Steem promos in the nearest environment, the spirit of introducing Steem in the environment where I live and also in my work environment is a simple thing that I do. In addition, I keep in touch and share information about Steem and Steemit using WhatsApp groups, along with other Indonesian representatives.

As a representative of my country, I also try to give an example to users to be able to make good posts, these efforts by continuing to make posts every day in order to motivate other users. Do not forget also that I still do self-verification at the end of the post that I publish with the help of the application https://steemworld.org so that later conscious users to see the progress of their account.

This week My Activity as a Hot News Community MOD is to continue to have regular meetings together with other community members, discussing some things that we might consider important for us to discuss. It also includes discussing the development of the community to hold simple contests that might be interesting to ask users to participate in, as well as preparing the community to re-register as one of the communities that hold engagement challenge contests.

Last made a weekly community report, this I did to replace alee75, who in recent weeks experienced pain and did not allow him to linger long in front of a Laptop, computer or Android. Another thing is to verify and also comment on the posts of users who make posts in the Hot News Community.

For the development of personal accounts this week I managed to strengthen the account through power up 100%, that's because I set the awards I get with 100% settings. I currently have an Effective Power of 15,166. 39 SP ( 11,030.62 + 5,054.10 - 918.34 ), I'm still excited for club100.

This week also I curate at least 95 accounts with 154 upvotes, and upvotes support between 50% to 75% with emphasis on the club and also the quality of posts. Finally, by using my personal account, I continue to regularly write and make posts, in the best effort to continue to grow as a user.
