I'm never going back to just grilling them!

Burgers are a great meal, and we've been enjoying them all of our lives. While McDonald's and Burger King burgers are quick and convenient, homemade burgers will always be best. For years I've either cooked them in a pan or grilled them. But then....

I'm not going to lie. Having a smokehouse has changed our lives. I wanted a tasty meal the other day, and thought that some burgers would work. I offered to do all the work (so Mama-Pepper wouldn't have to) and thought it'd be best to cook them in the smokehouse. I'm not sure if I had ever had hickory hot-smoked burgers before, but now that I've tasted them, I can say that I'm never going back. Check these photos out!
