Upland Update

Hi Friends,

I am starting to get setup on the Upland metaverse after dipping my toes in recently.

The game attempts to simulate real life real estate, and they did the Los Angeles launch today. I bought a number of properties today and now own 35 and counting...

The purchase of unminted properties provides a yield of 15%, so if you just bought and held, you would be making that many UPX tokens. UPX is currently fixed at $0.001 but I am not sure if they plan to list it elsewhere at some point.

Most people are trying to flip properties as well, so we shall see if I can do that with any of my new purchases to accelerate my returns.

Do any of you dabble in the Upland metaverse?
