Every weekend the price lifts only to get dumped on come the new week

I briefly touched on this previously about how bitcoin was breaking out on the weekend but wasn't sure if it would hold into the new week...

That's exactly what happened.

We had bitcoin rise to over $17.4k only to get slammed back to $17k as Monday and US stocks opened.

It's the same pattern we've seen for weeks and months now.

The algos that have pegged bitcoin to the Nasdaq are in full control and bitcoin follows stocks anytime they are trading.

On the weekends it gets a chance to actually trade with real supply and demand dynamics from investors.

I suspect this won't change any time soon.
