  1. Chest Stretches
This was a little physical like every other physical therapy I participated in. This is one exercise that improves the chest and back muscles. I observed some sensations after exercise, as anticipated since the muscles have been stretched. The different styles used in this video came with varying muscle stretches.

  1. Box Breathing
This was another therapy I enjoyed doing. It was test fun for me. Inhaling all the oxygen I could for a few seconds, pulsed for another equal second, and then exhaled and pulsed, breathing for the same amount of seconds. Before now, I have always used this method to check my lung performance by holding on to breathing for a longer period.

It is obvious that after performing these breathing exercises, there were improvements in my breathing pattern. And no doubt that constant breathing exercise would bring about longevity in lung health.

Issues of breathlessness are a long-term goal as constant and structured exercises only improve the capacity of the lungs. As I mentioned above, physical therapy is one-way patients can work on and manage symptoms drastically.

I want to appreciate the author of this class. This was helpful and impactful.
