Hello dear friends of Steemit, as always it is a pleasure to greet you and write to you. I love street food, I think it has always been one of my guilty pleasures since I was a child. I remember that at school I used to buy Empanadas, Popcorn, Granizados or cotton candy at the exit of school, my mother sometimes took us to eat Hamburgers in the street food market.
Just talking about food brings many beautiful memories to my mind. Today I want to talk to you about a very pleasant experience I had on one of my trips to Argentine Patagonia, where we had the pleasure of visiting the Colonia Suiza. We were able to walk through the open-air market and taste some of the street food options they had, such as the Tacos Patagonicos.
A delight, a mix of local ingredients and traditional food. I was struck by the variety of flavours such as: Smoked Trout, Patagonian Deer, Pork Shoulder in Beer, Country Meat and Smoked Wild Boar.
The perfect accompaniment for tacos are sauces with local and original flavors such as: pine mushrooms, Patagonian herbs, smoked mustard and honey; and other more traditional ones such as parsley, homemade mayonnaise or hot sauce.
All of this was mixed with mountain stew, which is a mixture of meats, mushrooms and herbs native to the region. A culinary delight that I had the pleasure of tasting.

It was a beautiful day, the mountain weather, the wonders of traditional food from the simplicity of street food, the dreamy landscapes.
