Today I am here to share a nice and delicious recepie with you by participating in the creativity contest organized by @ngoenyi. Thank you dear @ngoenyi mam for arranging such a nice contest every week for us. At first I would like to invite @dexsyluz @graceleon and @bonaventure24 to take part in this amazing contest. Yesterday I made a delicious pulse fritters vegetable curry that I am going to share with you today. Let's start cooking without delay...

REQUIRED INGREDIENTS

Mixed hot spice2 teaspoon

PROCEDURE
STEP 1
Yellow split peas were soaked in water for 3-4 hours. You can soak the peas throughout the night if you cook at morning. Then blend the peas with little water by a blender. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1/3 teaspoon mixed spices(cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom) and two chopped green chilies in the pea paste and mix well.


STEP 2
Then pour oil in a hot pan on the stove. When the oil is hot enough put the pulse paste in the form of small balls in it. Fry the pulse fritters in medium flame. Turn the fritters when one side bocomes brown color. Fry until the color turn into golden brown and then take the fritters out of the pan. Fry all the paste in this way.


STEP 3
Now we have to cook the vegetables. Potatoes and cauliflower were chopped in small pieces. Pour oil in the same pan and let it bocome hot. Add seasoning spices(cumin, black cumin, fenugreek, mustard seeds) and then leave the chopped vegetables in the oil. Mix these well and cover for 2 minutes.


STEP 4
Now add 2 teaspoon salt, 1.5 teaspoon turmeric powder and the sliced green chilies, and mix well. Stir these for 1 minute. Then add little water and cover the vegetables to be softer. Remove the cover after each 3-4 minutes and stir these. Make the vegetables softer in this way. This may take 15 minutes.


STEP 5
When the vegetables are soft enough add around half litre of water. Turn the flame high at this stage to let the water boil. When the curry starts boiling add 2 teaspoon of mixed hot spice powder and mix well. Then add the pulse fritters in the curry and stir. After boiling of 4-5 minutes at medium flame turn off the stove. Add the chopped corianders at last.

This delicious and easy pulse fritter curry recepie is now ready to serve. You can try this at home with more spices or with other types of pulse if you like. Hope you understand the discussion of the above five steps and must try at home.
