I am here in this community to share a delicious recepie for the first time. I have found this community perfect and interesting to share my recepie posts. So today I am going to share a healthy and nice bottle gourd and tomato curry with you. Let's start cooking without delay...
Bought a bottle gourd at 25 tk (1.02 steem)
REQUIRED INGREDIENTS
Ingredient
Amount
Chopped gourd
Around 800 gm
Tomato
3-4(small)
Green chilli
4-5
Oil
2 teaspoon
Seasoning spices
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1.5 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon
Mixed hot spices
2 teaspoon
Chopped coriander
As required
PROCEDURE
STEP 1
At first chop the gourd and the tomatoes into small slices. Pour 2 teaspoon of oil in a hot pan and add 1/2 teaspoon of mixed seasoning spice in the hot oil. Keep the flame medium so that the spice is not burned. When the spice color turns into brown and a fragnance comes add the chopped gourd and tomatoes in the pan and mix instantly.
STEP 2
Cover the vegetables for 3-4 minutes. Then add the sliced green chilli, 1.5 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and mix well. Again cover the vegetables and keep the flame medium. Stir the vegetables after each 3-4 minutes.
STEP 3
There is no need to add extra water in the pan. Because water that the gourd releases is enough for preparing the curry. When the vegetables bocome fully soft add the mixed hot spice powder ( mixture of coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper and cloves) and mix well. Cook the curry for 2 minutes more and then turn off the stove.
STEP 4
After turning the stove off add the chopped coriander leaves in the curry and mix. Coriander leaves give nice smell and flavor in the curry. Don't add these leaves before finishing the cooking. Otherwise the nice smell will not appear.
My favourite gourd curry recepie is ready to serve now. It is very simple recepie and doesn't take much time. Maximum time for this curry is around 20 minutes. Hope you all enjoy this recepie so much and must try at home.
