The deep autumn in my hometown lingers, and the maple leaves arrive as promised.🍁

As the Winter Solstice draws near, my hometown of Changshu still lingers in the embrace of my favorite season—late autumn.

I took a stroll through the Maple Path in Yushan Park, cherishing the fact that I hadn’t missed this fleeting, golden moment.
The crisp air carried the scent of fallen leaves, and the vibrant colors of the season painted the world in shades of red, orange, and gold. Each step felt like a tribute to the quiet beauty of autumn.

Underneath a tree, I sat down for tea. The black surface of the table reflected the branches and leaves above me, creating a perfect mirror of nature’s masterpiece. The scene was so stunning that it left me speechless. Time seemed to slow down as I soaked in the tranquility of the moment, savoring the connection between the earth and sky, reality and reflection.

This brief encounter with autumn reminded me why it is so beloved—it is a season of transition, yet also of immense beauty and peace.

Even as winter approaches, I find comfort in knowing that this memory will linger, warm and vivid, through the colder days ahead.
