I do not hold any Ripple myself, but I am happy for all those Ripple holders who finally experienced a little boost as the price of XRP suddenly jumped almost 80% in the last week. That is quite awesome and it has taken XRP to a price it hasn't seen in more than three years.
Why has this happened? That is often a question we ask, just like I ask myself why HBAR and XTZ pumped so much yesterday (more than 50% per token). Often there are no reasons, but with XRP, it is a clear hope that with Trump arriving, the entire misery around XRP and regulation and more will come to a super end, and Ripple will then finally be ready to fly.
What about the XTZ and HBAR pumps yesterday? I read somewhere that HBAR is applying through Canary Capital for an ETF in the United States. That would be awesome. Of course, these news are a few days old, but HBAR has been pumping nicely in the last days, most likely as a consequence of this.
With Tezos, I don't see the reasons that clearly. Of course, some people say that Tezos staking suddenly was supported by the validator platform Everstake, but who cares? I wouldn't care much, because I can stake Tezos elsewhere if some platform didn't support it. Then you have the fact that there are some games on Tezos that has been good, and as a sponsor of Manchester United who recently launched Fantasy United, more usage of the blockchain is expected in the future!
All in all, pumps are nice, but it would be crucial to see that these are projects who can actually keep it going also in months and years, so I cheer for both Tezos, Ripple, and HBAR.
