One common problem caused by liver issues is -"Hepatitis" , which is inflammation of the "Liver ". Hepatitis can happen due to viruses - like ( hepatitis A, B, or C) , too much alcohol , harmful chemical intake , or even when the body mistakenly attacks its own liver cells. When the liver is inflamed , it cannot filter toxins or store nutrients properly , which leading to symptoms like feeling very tired , pain on the right side of your belly , yellow skin or eyes (called jaundice) and darker urine or pale stools. Chronic hepatitis, especially types B and C, can get serious over time, causing scarring (cirrhosis) and raising the risk of liver cancer. Protecting through vaccination , good maintenance , and skipping alcohol can go a long way in keeping your liver healthy for years to come.
Our liver works hard for you every day , so taking care of it is worth the effort. Maintaining healthy choices and keep it in maintained , like eating well , staying active , and saying "No" to alcohol can keep your liver strong and support your health in the long run. Taking care of your liver is an investment in a healthier , more energetic life.
