Definitely it's very essential right fermentation of yeast before using it infact for good rise and perfect results directly depending upon your yeast completely active,it's also we taught in lesson the importance of actively yeast played important role in bread making.
In market instant yeast also available for that no new to fermentation of yeast its directly add in daugh but some time If we add it directly to the dough, the result may be a bread with no volume. So chance happen it might be no activated and we didn't got good results, that's why it is essential not to skip this step and activate it before making our dough.
I am from Pakistan, there are usually dry yeast easily available at any store ,also dry chemical powder yeast frequently used for making breafd.There is also fresh yeast available in different sizes in both active or instant dry yeast, which is granulated.
Usually at home baking we used instant yeast sachet that enough one for 1 kg easily so I prepared to add it directly but some time it's not give me desired results so for perfect results and good rise bread first active the yeast by test method that we learn from course to then enjoyed happy baking ..

After minutes yest becoming double in size and bubble appears on surface now it's completely activated I share here the result below.
Well friends usually I made yeast free bread in daily menu and we all love the texture and Flavor of the yeast free bread also.so guys let's share below the complete procedure with ingredients as I learned from the course .

It's not increase or rised just because of absence of yeast but the taste were super delicious.

Now I got the dough divided into 3 parts and made a bolls like by shaped usually we see in bakeries and it's quite simple and one of my kids favorite shaped ever .
Now I grease the baking pan from oil and put my rised bun in it and put in over which were pre heated about 30 minutes before baking the baking time of a bread is approximately 35 to.35 minutes.
Tadaa it's final look of my bread used yeast,super fluffy and smooth in texture ,I got the satisfied results,infact after little gap I did baking so little bit confused but alhudulliah it's no bad have a look .....
