Welcome to my post I am @sualeha from Pakistan it's pleasure for me to participate in week:3 in season 21 in Steemit learning challenge by honorable teacher @afzalqamar .The benefits of herbal medicine and remedies we are getting long time ago,the topic of this week also very interesting and informative as well about herbs and seasoning available in our kitchen so guys let's start my home assignment.
Friends the recipe I am share here it's super easy and quickly done with 10 to 16 minutes name is Egg curry including herbs that commonly available in my area that's are green chillies, coriander leaves , ginger and garlic paste along with different seasoning for good taste and aroma so guys let's start my healthy recipe .
Take a pen add cooking oil and sliced onion in it let it fried when add cumin seeds ,ginger garlic paste,tomatoes and spices on medium flam.
Then add beaten eggs in masala and mixed it will with wooden spetulla and incorporated all ingredients very well then add coriander leaves in it .
Covered lid for 5 minutes then added fine chopped green chillies .
Off the flame and added remaining fresh coriander leaves in top now it's done .I dish out in bowl and shown final look of meal with my selfie.So enjoy and try my healthy and tamping egg curry 🍛.
In the above recipe I added Green chillies, coriander leaves, and ginger-garlic paste herbs because it's give aroma ,taste and yummy flavers in Mt egg curry it's popular ingredients in many cuisines, especially in Pakistani cooking, let's talk about in detail individual the numerous health benefits ..
It's had good amount of Vitamins in Green chillies that's why it's boosts the immune system and helps in the absorption of iron ,it's also Metabolism Booster having contain capsaicin, which can increase metabolism and promote weight loss journey fast .It's also pain reliving qualities s Pain Relief and used in muscle pain.its had antioxidant so good to reduce stress .
Coriander leaves fantastically heled in indigestion in our body and also helped in bloating and gas problems..it's also rich in serious Antioxidants constant so help in cells repairing in human body.Fue to anti-inflammatory Properties inflammatory effects that can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases.Some teachers reveals about that coriander leaves also helped in reduce high sugar level and intake in daily basic or controlling of Blood Sugar and t beneficial in diabetics.
Ginger and garlic both are well known by immune booster, anti-inflammatory agent Anti-inflammatory which can reduce inflammation in the body.They loaded with digestive health benefits and also improve gut health and relief in burning stomach.Garlic 🧄 also for good for heart health, cholesterol level maintaining in body and controlling sudden shoot up blood pressure so keep habit adding these herbs in recipe of daily Cooking and keep health and fit .

In Pakistani cooking we never skipped it usually in starting add in oil or added in roasted powder from in different recipes : You can cumin seeds a to enhance their flavor and aroma,add in yougart in roasted powder form gives your more healthy and yummy taste along with rice or chapati .we can be roasted and added in your baking zeera biscuits one of the favorite cookies at every home as a evening snacks.

Green chillies one of the main ingredient of Pakistani dishes due to spicy 🔥 flavors add heat and flavor to dishes. Here are some uses and tips on how to incorporate them in cooking:
We can used it as fine chopped in row and cooked form due to sharp spicy flavers main ingredient of Pakistani dishes it's flavor enhancer ,increased the overall flavor profile..Marinades: They can be blended into marinades for meats and vegetables, providing both heat and flavor.We also make paste like chutnies and salsas and also used as stir -fries it's a lot add more tamping look when sprinkle on different dishes a garnish add fresh green look to our dishes ,power spice change the colour and aroma of our meals and curry but green chillies prevent it's original style and color.
Well we all can used in row whole,fine chopped,blended or paste form and fried form ,the truth is that in all form give delicious hot taste and kick off the aroma and presentation of dish marvelously .
We can added in lentals ,curries soups and in whole form during cooking it's leaves delicious and healthy properties in our recipes and infuse the richness in daily meals very easily.we used as a fried chillies in our meal for that cut it in the center removed it's seeds then add salt and chat masala then fried in oil and enjoyed with rice and as you like , believed me too delicious and simple meals is ready with in 5 minutes.
The best way to incorporate green chillies in dishes cutting it in fine chopped ways and add them to dishes like salads or stir-fries. We also enjoying it to making fine paste of this herb blended them and add during cooking or used as a marinated spices in recipe marinades your taste buds enjoyed the different fever and fresh green colour appetite your hunger .!!!

We can useful mint as a favoring agent in our meals,Mint adds a fresh, cool flavor to dishes, making it perfect for salads, sauces, and beverages.we also made sauce , essential ingredients of any chutnies and best combination with green chillies and coriander leaves.We all made in large quantity then freeze it and enjoyed according to need it's used in both form dry or fresh both are good in taste .Fresh mint usese as garnish on topping in different dishes like salads , veggies and in curries .
Fresh mint usese to add in curries and rice as a taste enhencer in green masala recipe me at be main ingredient of the recipe like in NY type of biryani compulessry item added aroma and flavor. It's also used commonly used in drinks like mint tea, and lemonade gives a refreshing taste .
It's also added like green chillies in Chopped state ,we chopped the fresh mint leaves Finely and mix them into salads or yogurt to enhance flavor.Fue to stronger flavers and smell add more value to the recipe ,we can also used as a tea by this infused or boiled the fresh mint leaves and enjoy...
We also enjoying in paste or chutney form with evening snacks for that we used blending method making fine paste with suitable spices .This green sauce give yummy combination of samosaas ,pakoas and grilled chicken/beefs .I love to add in different fusion style to getting more tamping and add new look in my cooking I fact we all love verity....
coriander used in seeds , powder ,fresh form in meals ,a popular herb easily available in any Pakistani vegetables market or stall , it's highly recommend as a flavoring agent , leaves (cilantro) and seeds are used to add a fresh, flavor to dishes.Its also similar used in a blended form called chutnies or green sauce in meals gives vibrant and yummy taste to our food .
It's also used in curries and Stews as enhencer ,Coriander seeds are used as powder or crushed form in karahis ,beef rice and meat Stew 🍲 as well .it's also used as a garnish chopped in finely then adding on top for fresh and beautiful attractive colour to meals .it's also used a infusion ways and main ingredient of green masala for every green masala recipes.
It's also used in cooking or incorporate in fresh ,Chopped leaves then sprinkle on dishes like curries, salads just before serving for good aroma and taste .It's ground Seeds are commonly Use as a spice blended ,the roasted in dry form used as a flavers booster in different dishes .whole coriander seeds in a dry pan to enhance their flavor before adding them to dishes like karahis and soaps and stews ,used as a garnish on soups or stews at the few minutes of cooking to improve profile of your food.
Ginger called afruk in my country having great health benefits and yummy taste as well it's highly Used in our meals as Flavoring Ginger ,it's slightly warmth and spicy in nature,adds both sweet and salty in taste little bit sharp in taste ,but having great medicinal qualities helping in indigestion,bloating and gas issues,prevent nausea and having anti-inflammatory element.
Ginger also commonly used in qehwas , teas, smoothies, and juices due to a refreshing flavers Also used in as a paste form.and best combo of ginger is with garlic 🧄 used in meat Stews and also used in marinated spices main elements ,away bed smell of sea food for that add in marinated sauce you prepared for sea food leave it for few hours then wash it from.water.
-Ginger if used in fresh form it's Peel and grate then add in different recipes as you want to add ,I used in meat 🍛 in paste form. Ginger also used in many tea :for that we boiled water then add slices of fresh ginger in water to make a ginger tea along with necessary ingredients.like honey ,lemon .
Ginger also used in dry form called sounth used in cooking as well ,when it will fried in sun light make powder form and added in baking different smoothes ,it's also used as a pickle,my mother in law made mixed pickles add must add ginger ,garlic ,green chillies.

This magical herb had not only unique taste also used as a flavor enhancer in different meals ,Garlic add strong , savory and sharp smell to our dishes main ingredient of many recipes specially in veggies and meat cooking main items of the list ,we used it after peel off the thin lays .
Just like ginger ,garlic had medicine health benefits,it's booster of human immune system, reduce blood pressure and anti inflammation properties.
Garlic having great importance as a Seasoning during cooking It can be used in paste form also as dressings, and chutnies ,I used in many ways in cooking to enhance flavor with onion ,tomatoes and meat curry Garlic and stir-fries.
Before adding vegetables or fish/beef or mutton to stir-fries,also added pastas and different sauces as a main ingredient.We also used garlic in garlic bread and used in many baking recipes in filling.
Due to unique and super tasty flavers I love to must add in Soups and Stews Add minced garlic to soups and stews ,also gives delicious taste and fantastic aroma in beans, daal , and vegetable in short mostly recipes or meals we like to add it.
Let's share here my personal experience of herbal detox tea and explain step by step and health benefits in the light of my personal experience.so here we go.....
By first I am adding 2 cups of the water in pan and wait for boiling water .
Now add ginger slices,green tea , turmeric powered and few mints leaves after washed and let it boiled till it's remain half in quantity.
After boiled I stained my detox tea ☕,then add few drops of lemon in it so it's ready to drink .
Enjoying my detox tea ☕
How it's helpful for body detoxing
Well guy our need detoxing our body internally and this is really great herbs for this purpose it's supporting body naturally Here’s a some information about effective herbs useful in my tea ....
Due to presence of Ginger it's too good for digestion and having anti-inflammatory properties .
Due to lemon having high amount of vitamin C, that ,s why it helps to cleanse the liver and supports in digestion.And few drops of lemon juice improve taste of tea ☕.
The yummy green mint leaves very refreshing in taste and give aroma and freshen breath also help soothe digestive issues .
Turmeric gives beautiful colour and having anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that cleanse our body internally.Ovwe all the good combination of ginger ,mint ,lemon and green tea can help in digestion and support liver health.
