Assalam o alaikum friends welcome to my post I am @sualeha from Pakistan it's pleasure for me to share my home task in week :2 in engagement learning challenge,the lesson of the week about home remedies.

Well guys I am from Pakistan and in our traditional way of treatment we trusted by heart on herbs since long time a ago and we strongly believed on herbal remedies and truth is that the natural remedies provide a relief not fast but slow and steady wins the race, specially after my kids birth I love to followed home remedies no side effects the real attraction for us actually almighty gifted a beautiful nature it's a big source of natural herbs that effective relief for the common diseases.

In second week I learned many new remedies ,,teas from our teacher many of them ingredients already I knew and some I know by the detailed course by our teacher, well guys different diseases like indigestion ,stress or anxity we will get quick relief with out side effects by the natural remedies in which all natural herbs used .

After reading the lesson two I got knowledge about some of the best herbs which are useful commonly for the digestion, cold, weight loss,stress etc and also learned how we can store the herbs to keep them fresh in different ways according to the herbs properties and knew more about infusion method in correct ways and teacher give me a chance to create remedies .well guys I starting my blog and share here the common problem of indigestion issues along with my personal experienced herbal tea good for digestion in below I hope you all like it.

Herbs for Digestion

Indigestion problem usually seen and suffered many of us regards this issues my hubby had also that problem I made different teas used for common indigestion by using some herbs which really helpful in our digestive system. Some of them available in every kitchen ,well herbs for the digestion are describe here ...
I share here remedies that my personal experiences base and got excellent results herbal herbs that can very effective in digestion are πŸ‘ under, fennel seeds,Mint and paper mint leaves, turmeric, cinnamon.

Herbal Tea Preparation: Prepare a herbal tea for digestion or stress/anxiety. Documenting the steps, proportions, and effects felt after drinking them.

Well guys it's quite simple and easy to made with in 5 to minutes but results are awesome ,for this digestive tea we need only three ingredient that's are very helpful in indigestion and no needed to bought from market, already exist in every kitchen.

Ingredients we need

  • Mint leaves 4 to 6 leaves
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbs
  • Ginger 2" long prices
  • Water and 1 glass

How I made

Step :1

By first I took a pan add water in it after boil I added all three ingredient in water and boiled it 5 to 10 minutes.

Step :2

After boiled then strain out in a cup and enjoyed the tea β˜• β˜•

  • Properties and effects

  • Ginger, fennel seeds, and mint leaves are all fantastic combination for quick relief for digestion, Ginger is very effective and popular for indigestion since ancient time due to the its property to stimulate digestion. It helps in the production of digestive enzymes ,Anti inflammatory Properties effects, which can help soothe the digestive tract and providing relief at last ,it's also good for nausea relief in short I experienced good results in adding it in vomiting,motion ,sickness rand nause.

  • In tea due to Fennel Seeds Carminative Properties means ability to relieve gas and bloating and due to good refreshing taste improve your mood swings and away bed smile from mouth .it's also reduce stress due to antioxidant property really effective to boost metabolism rate that's why food completely digest in stomach and you you feel filler long time so also good for weight loss.

  • Mint Leaves: This medical herb increase the effectiveness of this tea β˜• because mint well know as a cooling and soothing element in herbal tea due this properties can cool down stomach burning which helps relieve indigestion.its also a good enhanced the tea flavor and refreshing smell specially it is fresh.Fue to menthol made you calm and prevent crams in indignation as well

** So guys make this tea on my suggestion, you will definitely got marvelous results and away your discomfort due to indigestion fresh or dried both ingredients had same properties in hot water so Enjoy herbal tea having a lot health benefits !

Herbal Storage: Research the best ways to store herbs at home; take pictures of your storage method and explain why it works.

Well friends there are several ways to stored herbs at home according to the nature and properties had in herbs like ginger ,Alero vera ,mint and different herbs that used in fresh from in some remedies I wrapped in polyurethane bags or zipper pouches to maintain freshness for long time and stored in refrigerator.

For dried herbs kept it in air tight jar in my kitchen,

The picture from kitchen ,I love to label on the jars and you can see ,For dry herbs like roots and stems with some leaves,I dried completely in sun light and all the moisture away due to dried in sun light like curry leaves ,mint leaves in some skin remedies the fruits peel used like orange and lemon leaves so cut it in small pieces and dried in direct sunlight and I will dry in one or two days completely then I filled that in air tight container and used as needed well I share here curry leaves that were died at home by me well these are the ways herbs are stored in my home.

Home Remedy Creation: Create your own herbal remedy for a common cold or digestion issue, documenting the ingredients, preparation steps, and your experience

Home Remedies creation for common Cold

  • Herbs that we need for :
  • Black pepper
  • Honey
  • Ginger

  • Preparation Steps :

First I take a pan added 1 glass of water and black pepper whole and small ginger prices that were washed and peeled of the skin you can also used it in dried form called sounth and boiled it for 5 to 10 minutes then off the flame and strains it ,when it becomes normal temperature adding one tablespoon of honey now it's ready to consume .

Due to all these precious herbs properties you will get relief in just first cup of this drink but kept in mind honey always add in tea / drink then it's cool in hot water honey,s essential properties losses for good results add it at room temperature.

The awesome experienced this herbal tea I got on my elder daughter πŸ‘,she was suffering sinus problem since last 5 years after this tea consumption she felt warm and cozy due to honey and black pepper it's more effective in cold so winter season is coming in Pakistan try out my remedies and give your valuable feedback 🐱. Honey and black pepper power also very good for caught and cold I really liked and got visible benefits in my self and off Cause in kids .

Well guys water infusion drinks having magical properties it's my personal experience that I got in my weight loss journey tooks cumin seeds and lemon juice infused water in an empty stomach every morning the results are mind blowing I lost my 10 kgs in 3 months so I relagiously believed and followed all infused water it's really works any ways guys let's share here the infused water that helpful in digestion.

Herbal infusion water remedy for digestion

  • Ingredients
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbs
  • Water
  • Green cardamon

  • Process

  • Take a glass filled with water at room temperature added fennel seeds and cardimun covered it soaked over night for best results at morning strain it and add enjoy the refreshing water for digestion 3 time a day .

  • Time : infused over night
  • Douse: 2 time after meal
  • Thoughts :Due to whole night soaked herbs leaves there properties in water and we will definitely get fast relief due to green cardamon and fennel seeds it's really good in taste and make you light and away your all discomfort regarding indigestion inshallah.

Herbal infusion water remedy for relief stress

  • Ingredients
  • Chamomile / Babona herb dried : 1 tbs
  • Water :one glads
  • Lemon: few drops as you like

  • Process

Take a glass filled with water add Chamomile herb in dried form and covered it for 12 hours or whole night .After that strain out and add few drops of lemon juice if you like now your stress relief infused water is really having a lot of spontaneous results

  • Time : 12 hours or whole night
    *Douse : Consume twice a day
  • Thoughts : well are you in stressed and anxiety will try this drink the Chamomile herb extremely effective and due to lemon you felt stress-free and boost your mood in few minutes so consumed this drink I am sure you also experience street free life just like me but used at least once a day so stop any kids of pins that you took make and enjoy the refreshing taste of this magical tea ,for taste improve you also add honey or sugar in it .
