SEC17/W2| While making decisions, what do you prefer to follow: heart or mind?

Hello my dear Steemians,

Every day we make decision, there are small and big, simple and important. Often we do not think about them and just do it automatically at our subconscious level, do you want examples:

• what to take for breakfast: tea or coffee?

For me, if I have an operation day and need to perform surgeries then I decide to take coffee because it gives me energy and concentration. I drink coffee with some milk and add a little of sugar, I do not know if that makes any difference but i have a feeling that I have some sugar which is also an energy

But if I do not have surgeries then I am quite happy to have tea

This decision I am doing with my mind just assessing what is better for me to get through my working day.

• There could be other case when I want so much to visit a holiday destination very much and that I was planning for a long time, but then it is like in real life my heating would break and I need to buy a new heating with installation that would cost the same like my trip. I definitely will do without trip but will have warm house.

I think, in general I am a person who follows a mind majority of cases but only if there is something that is related to my close family then, of course, there is even nothing to think about I will follow my heart.

In our life we have to make many different decision, sometimes it is hard but necessary and at the end the outcome is beneficial for us. That is something that we have to teach our children, the things that is important and needs to be done. We should explain our children that often it is hard and sounds not really great and maybe even boring to do something but in future it will be good. I can imagine that children will not be happy that time and you might have a kid who maybe will not speak to you for a day or so because of such strict parent but they all will learn on such lessons that everything was for their best.
