Falkland's town by @myskye

Hello dear Steemians,

Today I wanted to show you around the town centre of the place that we visited to go to the Woodland. Once we finished our hiking in Wood we were back to the parking place. It was still very early afternoon so instead of driving directly home w decided to look around of the town. My first impression when we entered the town was that I was in "Midsomer Murders" with Inspector Barnaby, because you could see old houses and narrow streets. Luckily there were few cafes and bakeries so that people could have a little sit and just enjoy fresh air with nice view outside.

The only what is missing here is coble stone, that almost everywhere it is covered with asphalt which gives an impression of modern days.

When you go further to centre is it a little square with a building of church but also Falkland's Palace, Burgh and Garden, that used to be the residence of Scottish Kings and Queens. Nowadays it is a Museum that includes the historical heritage of Scotland, its Sport and Architecture. We were exciting seeing it but when coming closer we noticed that currently it is under restoration so it was not public access. Maybe that is another reason for us to return to this place.

*Hope you enjoyed our Journey, hope the next time we will show you more from inside of the Museum :)
