Detective @steemit-darker (The Invader) of the Steem Watcher Team. As you know, Steemit has allowed us to share our creativity with the global space, and at the same time, authors earn rewards on their blogs. With time, authors have turned to abuse the platform by being involved in publishing plagiarised content, copyright infringement, and spam posts to get rewards by so doing, watering down the reputation of the platform. It has led to the actions of Steem Watcher to help clean and reduce any form of abuse on the platform. If this platform goes down, we all go down. So it is time for us all to join hands and make Steemit a better place. I took it upon myself to join the Steem Watcher team to help reduce the growth rate of any form of abuse.
Plagiarism is an abuse of the Steemit platform, which needs to be a total kick out of the platform. The act has major negative consequences on any platform that torrents it.
Spam is an abuse of the Steemit platform, which needs to be a total kick out of the platform. It is the act of bulk posting of the same content over and over. It becomes unwanted and boring for users of that platform when they come across it.
Copyright infringement is a form of abuse that is not tolerated on the Steemit and in a Global space. When we talk of Copyright infringement, we mean using copyright-protected content in your post without asking for permission from the original owner of the content. This content can be Images, text, artwork, videos, etc.
