part 1

What is law?

The first thing I found clear from the text is that law is social coexistence. I got the basic idea about the law from this statement. Law is the main source of a civilized society in a country. Law is the foundation for building a healthy society and state by eliminating discrimination against everyone while maintaining the rules and regulations of the country. Law is something that, if implemented in a country, will ensure peace, order, brotherhood, and equality within that country.

Law helps create order and order in the social civilization of a country. Law plays a major role in building a safe society. Law works to maintain good relations with every person. The law ensures that the people of a country follow the rules and regulations correctly. Law works to protect people's fundamental rights and eliminate discrimination against each other. The rules of law teach people to be civilized by awakening their thoughts and conscience. In my opinion, law is the main foundation in any field, because if the law is applied correctly, order will be promoted in all fields. Therefore, law is about ensuring social coexistence, good relations between all, and the proper application of rules.

A citizen is driving a car and is not respecting the traffic lights, after a few seconds the traffic police stop him and this citizen claims that he is a traffic light. He did not respect it because he was in a hurry to find his son. And he took him because he requested.

Here I am noticing the similarity between crime and confession of crime. Especially since the citizen admitted his mistake, he made a mistake for which the traffic police performed their duties properly. Here the citizen made a mistake in saving his sick son because he is sick. In this case, the right to life is a personal right. In fact, the crime he committed for disrespecting the traffic light was caught by the traffic police. But the citizen admitted his mistake. And the sick boy has the right to live. Here, I consider traffic law to be objective law and the right to life to be subjective law.

part 2

According to what was explained in class, make a comparison and according to the laws of your country. Give an example of a law and an example of a rule.

Criminal law: This law provides for crimes and their punishments. The function of this law is to maintain peace and order in society by prosecuting criminal cases and providing appropriate punishment to the accused. The state resolves cases to establish a transparent and orderly social system.

Civil law: Civil law basically resolves any problems between citizens. This law is enacted to resolve any problem between individuals. This law works to resolve issues related to marriage, possession of property, and any other problems of citizens.

Mr. Juan Ganaz rents an apartment but his financial situation is getting worse and he has been paying for 3 months. Once a part of an apartment was discussed and Mr. Juan Muslimaj explained that the apartment where he lives is raising the issue with other tenants. When they got the chance, they complained to the neighbors of the building because Mr. Juan Party's apartment has 4 attacks on animals as pets, which is in accordance with the building's violent place rules.

The aforementioned section will discuss where Mr. Juan Ganaz violated the law. Here Mr. Juan uses the outside of his contract. Here he has gone overboard by making full use of his contract. Since he was unable to pay the rent for three months due to financial difficulties, he should have sent a tender to the owner. What he did not do, in this case he could certainly have taken action in accordance with his kind and humane and personal laws.

At the same time, he keeps four other pets with him and stays at the same time. Which was illegal according to his contract. Since he is not allowed to have four dogs at the same time, he has violated the law. In this case, he should have obtained consent from the owner. The dogs staying in his home outside of the contract are a violation of his cohabitation law.

part 3

Explain in your own words the importance of comparative law based on what you have seen in class.

Law is social coexistence. This means that the importance of law is immense in maintaining peace and order in a society and moving forward in the right direction. Through this course, we will learn more about law and it will help us learn about the lawmaking of other countries. Since the laws of one country may differ slightly or significantly from the laws of another country. By the end of the lesson, we will be able to apply the law and evaluate the laws of our own country against the laws of other countries.

It is of immense importance to be an informed citizen and to know about the proper application of the law to realize individual rights. Comparative law is the foundation of order in this country, and through it we will be able to make the foundation of the road more honest and strong. I was able to understand the legal issues from the course, including gaining basic knowledge about the law and making distinctions. The importance of law in understanding these issues and in implementing and preventing violations is immense.

I tried to gain a basic understanding of law from this course. I found this course excellent, so I happily completed my post here. I invite my dear friends to participate here, @simonnwigwe @wilmer1988 @irawandedy @max-pro I hope you will participate here with joy.
