Afternoon everyone ….

Who doesn’t like ships on coins, rounds or bars…… If you are a pirate at heart then you will agree that ship on them are beautiful. This is one of the classiest bars I’ve ever seen, and I’m very glad that I have one in my possession.

So today I am going to share with you a not so small bar with a ship on it. This bar is 250 grams, so just shy of a ten ounce bar. You know those Brits like there metric scale.

The bar is from the East India Company. They have been producing coins and bars for centuries now.

Here’s a little bit about them…

The East India Company is one of the world’s oldest international brands. Originally formed in 1601 with a Royal Charter from England’s Queen Elizabeth I, the East India Company not only dealt in global trade between the Far East and the United Kingdom, but also produced coinage over its 400-plus year history. In 2010, the company was reformed and even began issuing coins again in 2012.

I know, I know, show the dam bar already….

They also make silver rounds and many other bars as well. If you’ve never seen this bar before in person, I’d say it should be on your list of bars to obtain. It’s really done extremely well. The detail is exquisitely and it’s done with class.
