Everything can seems difficult before trying it out. Our challengers makes us more improved and experienced. If we run away from challenges, then we never can taste the sweetness of our achievements and success. Either we learn or we will win, so accepting challenge and work on it, definitely a good decision or move. Maybe all challenges are not easy to handle at a time so we can set our limit and work on that with our full efforts.
What is or has been your biggest challenge on Steemit?
To be honest I was very lucky and blessed when I joined steemit. I enjoyed writing, sharing and trying something new since the beginning of my steemit journey (When I decide to continue with this platform). At the very beginning I followed a simple strategy and I still try this out because it is my most favorite thing. It is taking part on contests and winning steem or upvote support. Fortunately I won many contests in the past and that helped me to grow with steem.
How do you think Steemit improve for it's users?
Though I personally believe that steemit is already improved under the perfect observation of steemit team, developers, witnesses but still I want or expect more from this platform like adding or including more projects. SEC, teaching team running, curator team running and many other existing projects has great impact on users who works hard to bring best quality in their post. I expect to see steem price to the moon and steemit team bring more fabulous projects or opportunities for us.
Despite the challenges, what keeps you motivated on Steemit?
A lot of things are available here that motivate me to stay active here all the time. If I say it's MONEY on the top then it will be an honest confession for sure. My passion for writing regularly is a reason and I got awesome friends, kind whale curators to support my blogs constantly that motivate me a lot to write. Communities of steemit arrange interesting contests that motivate me a lot too.
How can or does the community help with challenges?
Well I believe communities help steemit users to deal with the challenges by building a curator account to upvote contents of a community. A community account with big number of steem power can be a powerful tool to boost the earning of authors. Communities arange contests for users and I think I already mentioned it above. For users contests are truly a great opportunity to make more steem and steem power.
How can we come together to solve problems?
Here in steemit we can come together using or building communities. Sometimes a group conversation help us to finding a solution of problem that can appear. This group conversation is possible in either comment section of post in steemit or discord channel where we can add users for a virtual meeting or chatting. A good discussion or conversation can help finding solution faster beside this we can connect to each other and can share or exchange innovative idea widely.
