Hope everyone is safe and well. Alhamdulillah, I am fine even in summer. Today I am going to participate in an interesting contest organized by Steem for Bangladesh community. Today's competition is about- Prepare a homemade healthy drinks to boost your body in the excessive heat. For today's contest, I am going to make a delicious drink with the healthy seasonal fruit watermelon. The drink I made today is - Water Melon Mohit. Stay tuned as my make this delicious and healthy watermelon drink.


A person's body becomes completely inactive due to intense thirst and intense heat. A lot of water demand is created at this time. Watermelon is a favorite fruit that can fulfill water needs. Watermelon contains 92 percent water, which easily works to cure dehydration problems during summer and helps the body retain moisture. It cools the body on the one hand and also fulfills the need for water.
