Assalamu Alaikum to all. I am very happy to be able to share my creativity in Steemit Learning challenge Season 21 "Making classic vanilla and chocolate cakes". In the second class I learned the cake making process well. And friends @dasudi & @lirvic are teaching us with their best, through this course. So today I am submitting my homework after learning from the Learning post.

Yes, the classic pastry cake I have made many times at home. Me and my family enjoy cake food a lot. We eat cake as an afternoon snack. I made both the Classic Vanilla Cake and the Classic Chocolate Cake. For me this experience is very good. I have great experience with making cakes on steemit. That is, my first dolphin cake that I made myself. And I introduced it to the engagement challenge. I love chocolate cake. That's why I like to make chocolate cake as a classic pastry in most homes.

Out of the two cakes presented, I chose the Classic Chocolate Cake. I will try to prepare a traditional cake recipe following the recipe given in the course. Below I will describe the cake making recipe step by step with pictures along with presentation of all ingredients and accessories for making cake. So let's get started.
Ingredients:
Flour -200 grams | Sugar - 200 grams |

Cocoa powder - 100 grams | Milk - 100 grams |
Butter - 100 grams | Chocolate color - Half teaspoon |
Eggs- 02 | Baking powder - 4 grams |
Vinegar-Two spoons |
Making Accessories.
- Measuring cup
- Bowl
- Spatula
- Hand mixer
- Cake Mixing Spoon.
- Cake Mold
- Silicone Oil Brush
Classic Chocolate Cake Making Process :
Step : 01
- First I will take a mixing bowl. Then there I will take two eggs with 100 grams of butter. Then it needs to be mixed well.
Step : 02
- Then I add about 200 grams of sugar to it. It should also be mixed well. I first mixed it with a hand beater and then stirred it again with a spatula to see if it was well mixed.
Step : 03
- Then I added milk to that mixture. And added chocolate color later. Blended well with the chocolate color.
Step : 04
- After that I take another bowl of cocoa powder. Strain it with a sieve. Then again in the meantime I will put 4 grams of baking powder in the sieve. After that I will slowly sift the flours as well. Then I mix all.
Step : 05
- Then I mix the flour powder mixed well with my chocolate mixture that I had prepared. Then I add two spoons of vinegar to it. So I have used all my ingredients well now I will prepare the pot to make it in the oven.
Step : 06
- Next I fit a piece of paper to the bottom of the cake mold. Then I'll coat the top with an oil brush in between. Then I will pour the chocolate cake liquids into the cake mold.
Step : 07
- Then I will take a pan which I will heat it on the stove for 10 minutes. Then I will place the cake mold inside the pan. Then put it in the oven and I will cover it with a pan lid.
Step : 08
- After 45 minutes of simmering on low heat, I checked with a stick to see if the cake was cooked. After checking, I found the cake to be completely done and ready to eat.
My cake turned out soft and fluffy.

What was the most difficult thing for you when preparing the cake?
I find making cakes very simple. If I have the right materials at hand and can make them in the right combination then this is a very easy method. I have also made small cupcakes with less ingredients which are baked in the oven. I really enjoy making delicious cakes in a short amount of time. But if talking about the difficult thing then I would say the mixing of the ingredients. Because the cake will not be perfect if the mixture of egg and butter does not foam well first. So for me the hardest thing in making a cake is mixing the ingredients well.

Making a perfect cake requires proper knowledge by which a person can make a perfect cake. Today I will share with you some special tips from my experience.
To make a perfect cake we need to focus on the ingredients, mix and cake baking techniques first. So that besides the good taste of the cake, its volume and soft texture become incomparable.
In order to maintain the quality of the cake. it is necessary to use good quality eggs, butter and flour as these are among the main ingredients.
The right mix depends on the softness and hardness of the cake. Because the mixing process of the cake has an important influence on its texture. Remember to mix the ingredients well enough but not too much.
When baking a cake, it is necessary to have an idea about the temperature and duration of baking. Cannot be overbaked. Because so much cake becomes dry and hard. Time and proper temperature should be remembered while baking. It is also important to test with a toothpick.
We often forget about the measurements of cake ingredients. And we know how important the measurement of the ingredients is in making the cake. So I think if the measurements of the cake ingredients are written down in a notebook, there will be no possibility of mistakes.
