Skill is a special quality for a person. Whether that person is a tender child or a full-grown adult. There are many parts to skill. If I am talking about skill in studies, sports, then that skill is absolutely necessary for a tender child. Without skill in reading, a child cannot build his career properly. To build a beautiful future for a child, one must acquire skill in studies.
And if I am talking about skill in any work, then I think it is absolutely not appropriate for a tender child to get involved in any work. In addition, the law of our country has also banned the work of tender children. So, let alone acquiring skill at this time, it is absolutely not appropriate to get involved in any profession.
They should only focus on their studies and sports during this time.

✅ What are the advantages and disadvantage of sending a child to learn skills at tender age.

Everything has its positive and negative sides. There are advantages as well as disadvantages when a young child is sent to acquire skills. I have briefly described it below.

Advantages: -

• Young children are soft-hearted. If they are given the right education at this time, they can quickly accept it.
• Young children do not have the pressure of the world. As a result, they can quickly acquire skills by working with concentration.
• Young children are relatively more interested in learning new things. Therefore, it is possible for them to acquire skills quickly at this time.

Disadvantages: -

• Young children spend their childhood happily and carefree. If this time is given to acquire skills, mental pressure will be created. It is likely to harm the mental development of young children.
• Not all young children develop mentally and physically in the same way. In that case, acquiring skills can be a problem for many.
• To achieve proficiency in any subject, you need to devote a lot of time. If you devote so much time to proficiency, it is not possible to maintain that focus. As a result, the chances of making mistakes are high.

Yes, I gained skills at a very young age. But it is true that I did not have time to acquire any skills in studies at that time. The environment forced me to get involved in work. I was forced to work in a shop at a very young age. I started working as a salesman.
As a result, I gained skills as a salesman at a young age. Of course, I continued my studies. But the main focus was to deal with customers in the shop. I gained skills in this work in a short time.

The tender age is compared to clay. They can learn what they are taught at this time. From my experience, I can say that they can gain skills in the subject on which they are focused the most at this time. However, I think that tender children can be taught skills in the following subjects. For example: -

• They should be made especially skilled in education.
• Their skills can be brought in the game of dust.
• They can be made skilled in moral education by giving importance to family values.
• If you want to make them skilled at work, you have to choose something that is easy for them to do.
