These samosa rolls should be served hot or crispy to accompany green chutney, tamarind sauce or ketchup. It is important to note that these rolls are ideal for taking with tea in the evening or after breaking the fast in the evening, or as a first course on a special occasion.
Tips |
---|
For a crispy outer texture, the rolls should be frozen for 15 – 20 minutes before it is deep fried.
In this recipe the filling can be enriched with vegetables, cheese, or spices that are desired.
Leftover rolls had to be placed in the freezer and reheated by frying.
This recipe is quite easy and yummy and likely to be well accepted by your family and friends. Give it a shot and I would like to hear how it went!
