Weekly Reflections #21 : The World in 2030

This time, you have chosen a very interesting theme. This is the year 2024; there will be only six years till 2030. But it is a reasonable time because the world will have changed significantly by then, due to faster technological advancements. However, it will introduce additional problems. So we must wake up and take care of the world as a team.

I believe robot technology has a prominent place in the world. When considering the transport sector, there will be self-driving cars, flying taxis, and high-speed trains. Therefore, I believe the transport sector will have a huge change. In our house, we may use more smart devices. Robot technology will fulfill most of the house chores such as cooking, cleaning and even caring for babies.

Health-wise, doctors will use artificial intelligence to identify diseases early to give better treatment. When considering education, students will use virtual reality more and more which will help them to learn happily. Students will take virtual trips to different countries even space.

To reduce environmental pollution, will use clean energy sources such as solar power and wind, to help green technology. People will provide more comfort and progress through technology, but it is our responsibility to use it wisely.

Yes, I believe the world will move toward peace and unity, but it needs everyone’s effort and understanding. We know that people in the world lack kindness, respect, and fairness. Therefore, most of the people engage in conflicts. But if we can show kindness and respect to everyone, we can bring peace to the world. People have to work together to solve big problems like climate change and poverty. Through better communication and advanced technologies, people can understand better each other. To make the world a better one for everyone, leaders and people need to focus on kindness, fairness, and respect.

Climate change, in my opinion, will change the world in many ways by 2023. Due to rising temperatures, violent storms and flooding may occur. Droughts can occur in some areas, making it difficult to grow food. By understanding this, people will plant more trees and use renewable energy sources such as solar and wind to reduce environmental pollution. If people start doing this today, we can protect our planet and make the world a better place for future generations.

I hope to have a balanced and meaningful life with my loved ones. New hobbies will add to my life. I will improve my knowledge through learning. I will travel to more places in my country and overseas. I may use more technology in my life, but I will use them wisely.

I love to see other people around me in a good mood; therefore, I help them in small ways to increase their happiness. I intend to devote much of my time to charity and social activities. Sometime, I may lose this world by that time.
