Hello, lovely friends. As the newly appointed MOD of the Hind Whale Community, this is my first moderator report. First and foremost, I would like to thank the community's administrator and co-admin for trusting me with this role. As moderators, we must assist users with comments to encourage them to be active on this platform. We also need to conduct various contests to keep both subscribed and interested users engaged in the community.
This report covers activities in our community from Sunday, November 3rd to Saturday, November 10th.

As the moderator of this community, I was advised to check the users in the following categories. My date was on Wednesday, the 6th. On that day, I carefully evaluated all of the posts published in our community, as directed by the community, using the processes outlined below.
Verification, Voting CSI and BOT: I used Steemword.org to check the user's BOT and voting CSI. As well I confirmed whether the user is a verified member.
Plagiarism and AI Checks: I used apps like SmallSEOTools and Duplichecker to confirm that the content was plagiarism-free. I also looked for AI-generated content on zerogpt.com, intending to maintain content quality.
Burnsteem Tag Check: I verified that people using the #burnsteem tag had provided their beneficiary correctly.
Steemexclusive: Finally, I checked whether every post has #steemexclusive tag.

My assigned day was Wednesday the 6th, that day I reviewed 28 posts. The screenshots of the posts which I evaluated are shown below. A one user had zero voting CSI and another two are less than 5, so I encouraged them to vote and comment on others' posts constantly to increase their voting CSI.
The majority of members published high-quality posts, and I appreciated them for doing so. I encourage them to submit more and more publications in the future to be an active member of this platform.
