Greetings everyone,

I am here to submit my Thirty-One weekly steem representative report for 2024; And
Sixty-One
successive steem representative reports, including years 23-24

I believe all my friends and colleagues are well!
Like other weeks, I am here to share the job I concluded during these seven days.

Currently! In addition to sharing content from both my account and the community account, I have observed an individual engaging in unethical practices by downvoting genuine content within the community. This behaviour is troubling and raises concerns.

From my perspective, if this practice remains unchecked, this individual will likely target others in the future;

Such actions have the potential to significantly demotivate both newcomers
and those performing inside and outside the community;
It appears, that this individual is leveraging their influence to selectively downvote content, possibly as a strategy to regain influence after prior trading activities.
(The user should be banned from everywhere on this platform)

Should this indeed be their intention, it is essential that we meticulously consider the implications before granting achievement clearances that may inadvertently legitimize this behaviour. Therefore, I have assumed the responsibility to ensure that,

The criteria for achievements are more stringent, particularly for individuals expressing interest in joining my community.

While some may contend that we operate within a decentralized platform, This does not justify undermining the efforts of others.

If individuals choose to downvote, they should also be subject to equivalent scrutiny regarding their self-content (if any).

I have outlined several critical points that I believe are necessary to mitigate unethical practices within our community.

Other Activities:-
  • Now, the community comes under the fifth dolphin after allotment rewards and powered up remaining steem.
  • Again I started the engagement tournament inside the community.
  • Curated posts from the community account inside and outside of the community.
  • I Published the weekly Booming report on time(as cited above) from the community account.
  • Scanned all posts verified inside the community within 24 hours, as always.
