I couldn't hold myself, and here I am today to participate in the contest running inside the community👇
Foremost, let me invite three friends to participate in this contest
@sailawana @cruzamilcar63, and @jahangeerkhanday.
I hope they will share their perspective related to the topic just like;
I am going to hound it.
In your perspective, what's the Definition of a good leader? |
---|
Well! Before I begin, let me share for myself that "LEADER" doesn't mean;
The person always belongs to a political background!
- For me, the meaning of the word cited below:-👇
From my perspective, the qualities that define effective leadership are of utmost importance;
It is not a prerequisite for a leader to possess a political background; As previously stated.
In my viewpoint,
A commendable leader is distinguished by creativity, patience, and a commitment to long-term objectives.
Such attributes not only advance personal development but also foster the growth of others.
What is the difference between leader and leadership? Explain! |
---|
Earlier, I conveyed my perspectives on a great leader's differential
But if I count four more alphabets
Then, I must say a few retain the distinction!
LEADER |
LEADERSHIP |
---|---|
1.Though various carry leadership qualities. | 1. But a few hold the quality of leadership! |
2. Leaders altered with time | 2. Leadership always sets examples for the next generation. |
3. Most people think of themselves as leaders when some obey and listen to whatever they convey without tallying the logic behind | 3. Leadership is something when someone holds patience and simplicity takes feedback and welcomes criticism positively |
4. The leader could be biased sometimes | 4. Leadership carry and distributes achievement equally among deserving |
All the above points are my perspective, and various might disagree!
However, all that I shared from the responsibilities;
I functioned as a team leader in the job sector I operated.
It's not that leaders or leaders always cherish good feedback;
Instead, they need to face more criticism!
I can give an example here;
I am pretty sure our friend will agree with the example!
- Have you ever seen when sports lovers sit to watch a match?
They always elicit sitting on the couch and continuously chatting and sharing their viewpoints with friends, family or others about how players should play the shot!
In instances where a team suffers a loss, it is common for individuals to direct their criticism toward the captain and other players. However, one must consider that those expressing such opinions;
May not perform any better if placed in the same situation.
That highlights the distinction between simply holding the title of a leader and the practice of effective leadership. Leaders may articulate promises, but genuine leadership encompasses the responsibility of actualizing those promises;
Regardless of the challenges faced.
Who is your all-time favourite leader? Why? |
---|
Undoubtly! Mr. Ratan Tata. He was the rarest person who holds all the qualities I cited.
It's not that I toiled in his company;
Therefore, I prefer him!
But let me share with you that if you visit any Tata employee's home, you will find the picture of the founder of Tata Group and you will hear various interesting real-time stories that make you comprehend its easy-to-build but challenging-to-hold!
Many might earn money;
But
Thinking about others selflessly and donating 60% of his earnings to social causes (humans and animals)makes him distinct.
That's all about my thoughts related to the subject.
