Hello friends and followers of steemit.com. In this opportunity I want to present a reflection oriented to the power that can have if we think positively, but especially if that positive thinking serves us to transform ideas and beliefs of the past, such as childhood beliefs that are not very good and that can be transformed for our mental well-being.

Everything we hear from our parents in our upbringing we think is good, therefore we learn it and put it into practice, however when we are already conscious and know how to separate the good from the bad, is when we must transform and rebuild those childhood beliefs, for this we must think positively, no matter how big the childhood wounds may be, the important thing is to be able to maintain a positive thinking and to transform our vision to a more constructive and successful approach.

Are there invisible wounds that we carry from childhood?

Of course yes, there are different ways of thinking and interacting in life that makes us behave in a particular way, where perhaps other people realize, but we ourselves are unable to detect, so that somehow or other seem wounds that we carry from childhood that seem invisible to us, but perhaps other people can detect.

The important thing is that no matter how invisible they pretend to be these wounds dragged from childhood, after detected, we can work on positive thoughts to erase or minimize them, because even depending on the approach in which they are evaluated, they can be transformed into aspects that are positive for us in our lives.
